Help us teach Glow
Training Reports
Our LLM isn't trained in a secret lab by a faceless company — it's trained by you. Think of Glow like a curious kid: we give it some starter knowledge and teach it good morals, but it only gets smarter when real people show it what helpful, kind, and honest looks like in everyday life.
You're part of the classroom
Every chat you have is a chance to shape Glow. When it nails something, celebrate it. When it drifts, steer it back. That back-and-forth is how we build an AI that feels like yours — not a generic chatbot reading from a script.
We handle the basics: privacy-first design, guardrails, and values we care about (be kind, be honest, don't be weird for no reason). The nuance — your tone, your boundaries, what “good” means in your world — that comes from the community.
Thumbs in the app matter — a lot
After Glow replies, you'll see a thumbs up and thumbs down. They look small, but they're one of the loudest signals we have.
- Thumbs up tells us: “More like this.” Helpful tone, accurate enough, felt like Glow.
- Thumbs down tells us: “Please don't do that again.” Wrong facts, off vibe, ignored what you asked — tap it. You're not being mean; you're teaching.
Using thumbs whenever you can is the fastest way to help Glow improve for everyone. If something felt serious or you want to explain the “why,” use the report form below too.
Report an issue
Spotted a bad answer, a buggy moment, or something that didn't sit right? Tell us. The more specific you are (what you asked, what Glow said, what you wished happened), the better we can train toward the best AI we can build — with your help. Screenshots and short videos are welcome if they show what went wrong.
