Glow AI (“Glow,” “we,” “us”) is a personal AI companion product published by Kapra Labs. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Glow apps, the Glow website, and related support services.

Depending on how you use Glow, we may process:

• Conversation and voice interactions you choose to send to Glow, so the companion can respond.
• Device and diagnostic information needed to keep apps reliable (such as app version, OS version, and crash reports).
• Basic website analytics (pages visited, approximate region) to improve the Glow site.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide and improve Glow’s chat and voice companion experience.
• Maintain privacy-respecting memory features you control within the product.
• Respond to support requests and keep the service secure.
• Comply with applicable law.

Memory you control

Glow may retain context you choose to keep so conversations feel continuous across devices. Companion context and related information are associated with your personal vault, designed with quantum-resistant protection. Glow uses onchain AI with transparent reasoning that is intended for your eyes only — not a public feed or a hidden black box. You can review, edit, or clear memory settings in the app where available. Clearing memory removes that companion context from our systems subject to ordinary backup retention windows.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate Glow (hosting, analytics, support tooling) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including security, legal, and support obligations. You may request deletion of personal data associated with your account or device identifiers by contacting us.

Children

Glow is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Your choices
