  • How is Glow different from other AI chat tools?

    Glow uses onchain AI with full transparent reasoning — no black-box thinking — that only you can see. Your information is stored in your personal vault with quantum-resistant protection. The same companion works across phone, desktop, and browser, with chat and voice together.

  • Can other people see Glow’s reasoning?

    No. Transparent onchain reasoning is for you alone. It is designed so you can understand how Glow reached an answer without exposing that reasoning to anyone else.

  • Where is my information stored?

    Your information is kept in your personal vault, designed with quantum-resistant protection. You control what Glow remembers and can clear memory or request deletion when you want a clean slate.

  • Where can I download Glow?

    Visit the Download page for mobile, desktop, and browser options. When store listings are live, buttons will open the official store page for your platform.

  • How do I install after downloading?

    Open the file from your Downloads folder or notification tray and follow the on-screen installer. On desktop, launch Glow from Applications or the Start menu when setup finishes.

  • Does Glow work across devices?

    Yes. Glow is designed for cross-device use so you can continue conversations as you move between phone, computer, and browser.

  • How do I clear memory or delete my data?

    Use in-app memory controls where available. For a full deletion request, email support with the subject “Data deletion” and include the email or account you use with Glow.
